Sleep Issues

Sleep problems can include difficulty getting to sleep or staying asleep.  Sleep issues can present as waking up too early, having difficulty getting up from sleep, or feeling low energy levels during the day.  There can be physical consequences of sleeping too much also.  Some common issues that cause sleep problems include sleep apnea, insomnia, sleep deprivation, and restless leg syndrome.  Getting quality sleep is very important for health and function.  If you are experience sleep issues feel free to cal to discuss further.
